House Rules: To make your stay in our apartment as pleasant as possible, we would like to remind you of the most important house rules, including quiet hours:
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM in the evening to 8:00 AM in the morning. During this time, we kindly ask you to be considerate of other tenants, minimize and avoid noise.
1. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request. Guests staying beyond the specified check-out time or impeding our staff will be responsible for all associated costs and expenses.
2. Please have the €150 deposit ready on the day of check-in.
3. The apartment must be left broom-clean upon departure, meaning that any excessive dirt inside and outside must be removed. Excessive cleaning will be charged as an additional cost.
4. The kitchen should also be left in a clean condition. Please do not leave dirty dishes. Contaminations (such as burnt residues in the oven, etc.) will be charged to the cleaning team due to extra effort.
5. Smoking, parties, events, and excessive noise are not allowed. Violations of the no-smoking policy (cigarettes, hookah, e-hookah, etc.) will result in a fine of €150 plus the cost of cleaning, deodorizing, and damage repair. Smoking facilities with ashtrays are available outside the apartment.
6. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
7. The apartment is only accessible to the booked number of guests.
8. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a fine. We recommend guests with pets to contact us before booking.
9. The apartment should not be entered with outdoor shoes (underfloor heating is available).
10. Guests are responsible for the cost of replacing lost keys.
11. Guests assume full responsibility for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring on the premises and facilities. Guests are required to report all property damage to customer service and the host.
12. Booking a reservation implies the guest's agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests violating these rules will be liable for all associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
13. Users are responsible for the internet traffic that occurs during their stay in our apartment. We do not assume liability for the nature of internet traffic conducted during your stay.
